Front Office Reception Operations and Services

These qualifications are intended for people training for or employed in front-office and reception areas of accommodation or catering establishments. They assess the knowledge and skills required from general reception procedures to supervising overall operations and accompanying services in an international context.

This is a 6 months programme that prepares students to effectively work as receptionists, guest relation officers, reservation agents, cashiers and night auditors.
